Analitikus szemléletben orientált szakképzést végeztem, de szemléletemben a humanisztikus és a transzperszonális irányvonal is nagy szerepet kap. <o:p></o:p></span></p> <p><span style='font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"'>8 éve foglalkozom gyermek- és felnQtt-terápiás tevékenységgel. Terápiás munkám mellett egy Nevelési Tanácsadó vezetQi feladatkörét is ellláttam. Egyebek mellett a Magyar Szomatopszichoterápiás Egyesületben és a magyar co-counselling közösségben is tevékenykedem.<o:p></o:p></span></p> <p><span style='font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"'>20 éve foglalkozom testtudatossággal és testi-önismerettel harcmqvészeteken keresztül, ezen belül 16 éve Aikidoval, melyet oktattam is gyermekek és felnQttek részére. A fQiskolán pszichológiát oktattam Aikido szakos hallgatóknak. Ön is. Állandó változásban vagyunk és az emberi teljességünk felé törekszünk, mely egy igazán tágas tudatállapot. Talán azért vagyunk itt, hogy tapasztaljunk, éljük és megéljük önmagunkat. <o:p></o:p></span></p> <p class=alcim><span style='color:windowtext;font-weight:normal;mso-bidi-font-weight: bold'>Menet közben idQnként elQfordul, hogy olyan belsQ nehézségekkel küzdünk, melyek megoldásához segítségre van szükségünk : egyszerqen nem érezzük jól magunkat bQrünkben, elveszítjük a belsQ harmóniánkat, jólétünket, a kapcsolatot önmagunkkal, vagy másokkal, nem érezzük egésznek, teljesnek magunkat. Ilyenkor fordulhatunk sokfelé, de a pszichológus az az ember aki sok-sok tapasztalt ember segítségével éveken át tanulmányozza önmagát, az emberi személyiség mqködését, a pszichés nehézségek és betegségek mibenlétét, valamint azt, hogy hogyan kell igazán figyelni egy emberre és szakszerqen segíteni. Ezért pszichés nehézségekkel érdemes Qt megkeresni.<o:p></o:p></span></p> <p class=alcim><span style='color:windowtext;font-weight:normal;mso-bidi-font-weight: bold'>A pszichológia, a vallás és a filozófia hangsúlyozza az önismeret fontosságát. Az önismeret útján juthatunk el belsQ erQ- és örömforrásainkhoz, fogadhatjuk el igazán önmagunkat és a minket körülvevQ világot, tapasztalhatjuk meg valódi igényeinket és láthatjuk meg azt ami van. Az önismeret ugyanakkor segíti az életet : ha már itt vagyunk, fontos hogy megtanuljunk a realitásban élni, két lábbal a földön, és önmagunk megélése nyomán stabil egzisztenciát teremtve, ugyanakkor rugalmasnak és nyitva maradni az újra, az élet változására, és nem utolsó sorban a szellemi valóságra.<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>   </span><o:p></o:p></span></p> <p class=alcim><span style='color:windowtext;font-weight:normal;mso-bidi-font-weight: bold'>Minden ember aki leül velem szemben, más és más érzéseket, élményeket kelt bennem, így törekszem arra, hogy a terápiás munka során az egyedi emberre tudjam szabni a megsegítés módját. Fontos tudni, hogy a terápia akkor hatékony, ha készek vagyunk saját tükrünkbe nézni és a megszületQ tudatosság és megértés nyomán változtatni. A változás ilyenkor beállhat spontán módon, de elQfordul, hogy erQfeszítést kell hozni.<o:p></o:p></span></p> <p class=alcim><span style='color:windowtext;font-weight:normal;mso-bidi-font-weight: bold'>A gyermekek és a felnQttek is fejlQdésben vannak és az egyes fokokon fejlQdési feladatok megoldásával küzdenek. Pszichés problémák, nehézségek, tünetek megjelenése esetén a probléma lehet mélyebb, de lehet egy egyszerqbb fejlQdési elakadásról is szó. A betegség, és annak tünetei az emberi öngyógyító folyamat részei, egy belsQ megoldatlan probléma megnyilvánulása, mely végeredményben a gyógyulás, az egészség, és a teljesség felé mutat.<o:p></o:p></span></p> <p><span style='font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"'>A terápia során próbálom felhasználni ebben az öngyógyító folyamatban rejlQ potenciált is.<o:p></o:p></span></p> </div> </body> </html>
